This collection is a compendium of census records from the department of Côtes-d’Armor (prior to 1990 this department was known as Côtes-du-Nord). Included are seven of the quinquennial censuses conducted in 1872, 1876, 1881, 1886, 1891, 1901 and 1906. The indexed census records include given names, surnames, birth years, birth places, relationships, and residence information.

From 1836 until 1936 a national census was conducted every five years in France except for 1871 (which was delayed one year and conducted in 1872) and 1916 (which was skipped). These census records from Côtes-d’Armor records provide an excellent resource for finding ancestral family members living together and identifying their relationships, birth years, and birth places.

This collection was added following MyHeritage's acquisition of Filae.
